摘要:随着人民生活水平的提高和饮食习惯的改变,膳食纤维对于人类健康的作用愈发重要,将膳食纤维添加至特殊食品中已成为一大研究热点。本文结合特殊医学用途配方食品对膳食纤维的要求,综述膳食纤维的生理功能及在特殊医学用途配方食品中的应用,以期为膳食纤维在特殊医学用途配方食品中的进一步开发和应用提供参考。

Research Progress on the Application of Dietary Fiber in Food for Special Medical Purpose

Abstract:With the improvement of people's living standards and changes in dietary habits, dietary fiber becomes more important to human health. Adding dietary fiber to food for special medical purpose has become a major research hotspot. Based on the requirements of dietary fiber for food for special medical purpose, this article reviews the physiological function of dietary fiber and its application in food for special medical purpose, and provides a reference for the further development and application of dietary fiber in food for special medical purpose.
